The team at ETS is highly experienced in energy project planning and development, project financing and network connection in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

Tim, Jade and James have worked together for a number of years on energy projects and share a passion for sustainable and innovative energy projects.

Tim Vesey – Development Manager

Tim is one of the founding directors of Energy Transition Solutions and is our Development Manager, leading our development portfolio of projects and prospects. Tim is also the principal of the consulting services firm, MVC Services. Tim is a qualified engineer and certified project manager, with over 15 years’ experience in project planning and approvals in Australia.

Tim has experience working with landowners, Indigenous groups, councils and state and commonwealth regulatory agencies across Australia. Tim also possesses multi-sector experience, having worked in the renewable energy, oil and gas, pipelines and transport sectors.

Jade Rowarth – Legal and Commercial Manager

Jade is one of the founding directors of Energy Transition Solutions and is our Legal and Commercial Manager. Jade is also the principal of the legal and consulting services firm, JMR Advisory. During her 22+ year legal career, Jade has worked in large private law firms in Australia and the United Kingdom including 8 years as a partner and more recently, for 3 years, as General Counsel and Head of Regulatory Approvals at GB Energy.

She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia in 2002 and has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure, environment and regulatory approvals, banking and finance and corporate/M&A.

Jade is the deputy chair of the national not for profit organisation, Musculoskeletal Australia.

James McMahon – Technical Manager

James is a co-founder of Energy Transition Solutions, defining technical solutions for our projects and prospects. James is also the principal of the consulting firm, Spectrum Project Services. James is a qualified engineer, with over 12 years’ experience in designing and delivering complex energy infrastructure projects across Australia.

James has a sound understanding of contracting strategies in the design, procurement, and construction of projects. His knowledge of relevant design codes and standards, matched with regulatory requirements enables for the early definition and basis of design of projects. James brings a systematic and quality approach to the design and delivery of projects through his experience working with the largest energy infrastructure owners and operators in Australia.
